Whether you’re firing up the grill or just looking to kick back and chill, our finger lickin’ Honey chicken thighs will hit the spot every single time.
-20 free range chicken thighs
-Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
-30ml Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey
-125ml of your favourite BBQ sauce
-Preheat the oven to 200°C
-Line a baking tray with foil and place baking rack over the foil.
-Toss the wings with a couple spoons of oil and a good pinch of salt and pepper. --Repeat until all thighs are covered and bake for 30-35 mins or until cooked.
-In a pan over a medium heat whisk together BBQ sauce, Jack Honey and butter to form the glaze and remove from heat.
-Spread over thighs and serve.
