How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs £4.99 per order and takes 1-2 working days to be delivered. However, if you spend over £65, consider it on us. Check delivery times over busy periods as high demand may affect delivery timings.
What delivery options do you have?
We currently offer one delivery option. Your order will arrive within 1-2 working days at a cost of £4.99. However, spend over £65 and delivery is on us. Check delivery times over busy periods as high demand may affect delivery timings.
Do I have to be home when my parcel is being delivered?
You sure do, all packages have to be signed for by an adult 18 years or over due to our products being alcohol or alcohol related. Don’t worry if we miss you the first time, our couriers will try to deliver 3 more times. If we still can’t catch you, you will be contacted by a member of our Customer Service team to arrange a new time that is suitable for you.
Do you deliver your products internationally?
Although folks can enjoy sippin’ our fine Tennessee Whiskey in over 165 countries, we currently only ship from The Jack Store to England, Scotland, Wales, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. However, we do have other online stores in some countries, so it’s worth checking out yours.
Which items can I engrave?
Currently you can add a personal touch to five bottles of fine Tennessee Whiskey; Jack Daniel’s No.27 Gold, Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Select, Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Select, Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel Rye and Jack Daniel’s Gentleman Jack Gift Pack. Just look out for the engraving icon on the relevant products. Alternatively, if you go to Personalized Whiskey on the site you can find all the options.
How long do engraved items take to be delivered?
They take 1-2 days to be delivered. There is no extra delivery time for engraved items. Just make sure you check delivery times over busy periods as this may affect delivery timings due to high demand.
What happens if my engraved bottle is delivered with no engraving on it?
We’re sorry if your order is not what you were expecting. If you have received a product which wasn’t to your expectations please call customer services on 0333 202 6388 or email us at email@example.com for instructions of how to return your item.
Always double check your confirmation email to ensure it details the correct products – it should also state the message you wish to be engraved on the bottle so that you can make sure it’s what you asked for.
Can I engrave my bottle in a different language?
Unfortunately, we can only engrave bottles in English.
I’ve ordered an item of clothing; however, it isn’t the size I was expecting.
We know folks come in all shapes and sizes. Mr Jack Daniel himself was a man who stood at just 5ft 2. So, although we aim for all our clothing to fit standard UK sizes, sometimes this can vary. If the item is not what you were expecting, please return the item by post to BF Returns, Unit 26 Broadgate, Oldham Broadway Business Park, Chadderton, Oldham, OL9 9XA, within 14 working days of receiving the product to get a full refund.
All returns are free of charge. You should find a returns label in your thank you folder along with a returns form, please note your reason for your return on the form and once we have received your item we will issue you a full refund.
Can I add a gift message to the parcel?
Unfortunately we do not offer this service at the moment; it is something we are working on for the future though, so keep checking The Jack Store.
I’m purchasing this as a gift, is it possible to remove the cost from the invoice?
The cost is not included on the invoice, so your secret is safe with us.
What will my delivery look like when it arrives?
Here at Jack Daniel’s we’ve never been afraid of standing out, so look out for your order in our classic black and white packaging – it’s got Jack written all over.
Why can I find different products on your US site to the UK one?
Unfortunately only certain products are available here in the UK. To view our full range of products please visit: http://www.jackdaniels.com/en-us/?redirect=false&trust=yes. But please note delivery is not available for all of these products here in the UK.
I bought a bottle of Jack Daniel’s from a store and there is something wrong with it, what should I do?

Is Jack Daniel’s gluten free?
All Jack Daniel’s products including ON7 and flavours are gluten free.
I bought some Jack Daniel’s merchandise but there is something wrong with it, what should I do?
If you have a problem with some Jack Daniel’s merchandise that you didn’t purchase from our site, please contact the customer service team at Jack Daniel’s who will be happy to help you.

How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
We’re always sorry to lose a friend of Jack but to unsubscribe sign into your account, when you’re in there select the tab titled ‘Account Information’ then hit the tab asking you to ‘unsubscribe’. This will then take you to the jackdaniels.com site, simply re-enter your email address and you will be unsubscribed.
