Jack Honey Egg Nog

The holidays just wouldn’t be the same without an Egg Nog or two. Especially when you add a little extra buzz into this festive favorite with a splash of Jack Honey.

    • - 50ml Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey
    • - 80ml Whole Milk
    • - 400ml Whipping Cream
    • - 2 Whole Eggs, separated
    • - 1 tbsp. Caster Sugar
    • - Freshly Grated Nutmeg

  • GARNISH: Freshly grated nutmeg
  • GLASS: Mason jar or mug
  • METHOD: Grab yourself a mixing bowl. Whisk the egg yolk and sugar until pale and thick. Add your Tennessee Honey, the milk and cream, slowly whisking all the while until it’s combined and has a slight froth. With a clean whisk, and in a fresh bowl, whisk the egg whites until they form soft peaks. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mix using a metal spoon. And if you’re not in a rush, place in a fridge to chill. Once cold, ladle Honey Egg Nog into glass mugs and garnish with a sprinkling of freshly grated nutmeg.
